Food Allergy Support has been set up to offer information, guidance and training to the food industry. We work closely with industry experts who have comprehensive experience in the practical management of food allergens in factories.

My own background includes 16 years working with the Anaphylaxis Campaign, the UK charity that focuses on the severe end of the allergy spectrum. Food Allergy Support is a limited company that seeks to maintain the highest objectives in line with my charity background.
